Nightly Chatter- Tuesday July 14th, 2020#

The Agents discuss their next course of action:

• Jocko believes that they should just trust their god.
• Taramis suggests targeting only Conradin.
• Cod proposes a new plan. Use the power Bast imbued them with, form a new group and take out both The Program and The Outlaws.

At the end of the night, Agent Charlie sends them the floor plans for the Surplus installation.

The CDC Set-Up - Wednesday, July 15th, 2020#

Agent Taramis contacts ICE, posing as a CDC agent, regarding the delivery of medical supplies and equipment to the Surplus facility. ICE Officer Josh Pratt grants the necessary permits for delivery that night at 20:00 and informs him that a nurse will be on duty.

Agent Jocko rents a small truck with “Jesus Saves” written on it the side. He then installs the machine gun acquired from the Green Box inside the truck’s container, adding protective metal plating at the front of.

Agents Locke and Taramis, seated at the waffle house, stake out the Surplus and take notes on personnel moving in and out the facility.

Agent Taramis calls his wife Victoria (played by Giannis) and learns that she has been contacted by the “CDC” about his whereabouts.

Operation Surplus#

At 20:00, the truck arrives at the water plant’s gate. Agent Taramis is driving, while Cod rides shotgun. Inside the container, Agents Jocko and Wendy wait patiently.

The guard, Gaddis Creel, checks a list on his clipboard and lets them pass.

Agent Cod buzzes the comms at the Surplus’ gate and Deb, a blonde, short and heavy woman, opens the gate and lets the truck through.

Agent Cod enters the building with Deb. Nurse Phan is summoned and informed about the delivery. She explains that taking COVID samples from everyone present requires Mr. Lowe’s permission, who is currently absent. Eventually, they are persuaded to contact Mr. Tillman, who oversees the facility.

Instead of Tillman, Terry Smedley arrives and is led outside to the truck. The Agents manage to get him inside the truck’s container without drawing attention.

Locke slices his throat.

Jocko puts on Smedley’s clothes, enters the building, and snaps the security room guard’s neck.

All the Agents enter the building. Agent Taramis changes into dead guard’s uniform.

Jocko notices a silent alarm has been triggered, and Deb’s voice can be heard from a nearby room as she calls for help on the phone
